Scheduled Maintenance
Frame Platform Release 24-05-19 May 19, 2024 00:00-01:00 PDT
Our next Frame Platform release is scheduled for this Sunday, May 19, 2024 at approximately 3:00AM EDT (9:00AM CET, 12:00AM Midnight PDT). Included in this release are feature enhancements and fixes for the following components of the platform:

- Frame Console
- Frame Terminal
- Frame Gateway

Please note that the schedule and contents of this release are subject to change without notice. There is no planned downtime for this release. Administrators and end users should not experience any service interruptions.

Detailed release notes will be made available after the release is complete. Please check Dizzion Documentation (https://docs.dizzion.com/releases) for official release notes and more information. If you notice any issues with your Frame Account(s) after the release, please create a support case.

Scheduled Maintenance for C3-SaaS Platform May 19, 2024 21:00 - May 20, 2024 00:00 PDT
Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. In our continued commitment to providing an exceptional user experience, we would like to inform you of scheduled system maintenance that will be taking place soon for our C3 platform.

The maintenance window is scheduled for approximately 3 hours and will commence at 09:00PM PDT on Sunday, May 19th / 04:00AM UTC on Monday, May 20th. C3 application service disruptions are expected during the 3-hour maintenance window, with up to 60 minutes of affected services. DaaS services or desktop availability will not be impacted during this time.
