Our next C3-SaaS Platform release is scheduled for Sunday, January 5th, 2025 at approximately 08:00PM PST (Monday, January 6th, 2025 at 04:00AM UTC,). C3 application service disruptions are expected during the 2-hour release maintenance window, with up to 30 minutes of affected services. DaaS services or desktop availability will not be impacted during this time.

Customers may contact Dizzion Support by calling the General Support line at +1 888-225-2974 opt. 2 for any questions or concerns during the release maintenance window.

Included in this release are feature enhancements and fixes for the C3-SaaS platform. Detailed release notes will be made available after the release is complete. Please check Dizzion Documentation (https://docs.dizzion.com/releases) for official release notes and more information.
