Scheduled
Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. In our continued commitment to providing an exceptional user experience, we would like to inform you of scheduled system maintenance that will be taking place soon for our Frame platform.

The maintenance window is scheduled for approximately  1 hour and will commence at 12:00PM PST / 8:00PM UTC  on  Saturday, February 3rd, 2024.

Planned Changes

The following changes are planned for this maintenance window:

We will be updating the SSL public key certificate for *console.nutanix.com and *.frame.nutanix.com.

Note: If your SAML2 identity provider (IdP) requires the installation of our public key certificate, you will need to obtain the Frame public key certificate by using your browser and going to your Frame Metadata URL (as described in our documentation) once our maintenance is complete. You can then extract the public key certificate and import the certificate into your IdP.

We will also be updating our content delivery network (CDN) provider for cch.console.nutanix.com.

Note: This will result in a public IP address change for cch.console.nutanix.com. For customers who grant outbound access from your network using destination public IP addresses, you will need to use DNS to obtain the new public IP addresses for cch.console.nutanix.com and update your firewall configuration. Dizzion does not officially support customers configuring firewall rules for Dizzion services based on public IP addresses. Please utilize our FQDNs to avoid any interruption in service.

Expected Impact

We do not anticipate any downtime during or as a result of this maintenance window for the majority of our customers.

In rare use cases, customers with deployments using one or both specifically noted configurations detailed above, users, and admins may be unable to log into Frame or start new sessions until the outlined remediation steps are taken. Existing sessions should not be impacted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to enhance our platform’s performance.

Best regards,
The Friendly Team at Dizzion
